whats wrong with this picture?

about 3 days ago i signed up with hostonce.com.....they said it would only take up to 24 hours, and three days later i still am not signed up.....what to do?

cancel your order and move to us. (sorry I could not resist)

Someone I know signed up with them, and he waited 4 days. Try emailing them?
