How can i get this to be highlit so i can choose this in the options.

as right now it is diabled and i need to set the bleed properties!!

not entirely sure, but try converting the document to CMYK. That might get what your looking for, depending if you are using spot, process, etc...

its cmyk

all my objects are in cmyk (when i view the doc info!) this can be seen, however it is still not clickable!!
