If only I could figure out how to install SuSE... their directions are fuzzy, and I'm a n00b. ___________________ Personally, I'd try RedHat. The installation is easy and user-friendly in graphics mode. Anyway, I am currently dual-booting Win2KPro and Linux Redhat 9.0 ___________________

I used to dual-boot WinME (I know, we're all allowed to make mistakes in life) and Linux Mandrake (8.1). I've since gotten rid of the ext2 and swapfile partitions and installed WinXP Professional Corporate. I absolutely love it. I keep 2 Linux LiveCD's handy in my computer "tool box" : Slackware Live and Knoppix. Knoppix actually helped me salvage my computer when someone deleted the boot.ini and several other critical system files on my comp. ___________________ - Jadison - I use WinXp Pro StyleXp design, works pretty good, except for my 3d card...: I used to have Windows 98 second edition, it was a filled with bugs, but i remember worst (Windows 2000). ___________________ I have win xp pro and suse installed. Although, SuSe has some weird stuff going on with my (fully linux compatible) network cards. It doesn't want to set up my network. I am looking to switch to a different distro of linux but not sure which. Which distro is really stable, quick, and uses rpm's? Thanks. ___________________
