Logo Help - Shaped Text

Hi all,

I'm creating a logo for a client, and I'm having some trouble manipulating the text. I created the bull's head, but I still need to create some text and shape it as it is in the attachment (I made that in Word.. looks like a piece of crap, tho). I need the bottom of the text flat, with the revers arch in the middle. I'm an all photoshop guy, so I don't know much about Illustrator. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
