freehand perspective grid

hi, i'm a freehand newbie looking to create a mock 3d flash program. www.mtv2.co.uk used freehand to develop their 3d environment and i would like to know how they did it.

1/. does anyone know any tutes on this?

2/. can anyone tell me how to create the spinning cubes at the bottom of the page?
