How do I covert Photoshop images to .esp format?

I have created crisp and perfect looking logos in Photoshop but how can I convert them to esp? I have Streamline but when I convert my previously perfect logos to esp using Streamline they get messed up. What I mean by messed up is curved lines become corners and straight lines become slightly curved. Thanks!

Well you can play with the settings in Streamline but it is hard to get just what you want from PS to illustrator! I've drawn lots of furniture illustrations in PS and converted them into Illustrator with a nice woodcut look after playing with the settings in streamline.
I also convert my comic strip this way but there is always some amount of fix up work involved.

I do most of my logos in Illustrator to start with. so they are vector to begin with.

Hope this helps!

You are always going to run into problems trying to convert raster/pixel-based data into a vector format. What I would recommend is creating your logo using the vector tools in PS (the pen tool, shape tools, etc...) or just starting in Illustrator.

No matter what your settings are in Streamline, you are never going to get perfect results. I wish I could help you, but it is a fact of life.

As for actually exporting to .eps in Photoshop, you can export your vector shapes into an .eps or .ai file and then work that way.

Hope that helped. Jon
