Got Firefox 3 yet?

Hey guys -

Curious how many of you have switched to Firefox 3 thus far (it was released the other day, in case you were on vacation on the moon or something and didn't hear). I had to wait until later in the day to download it, since the servers were apparently so overloaded from people downloading it.

I've upgraded to it on my Mac and it's incredible (Firefox 2 on Mac left a bit to be desired performance-wise). Everything seems to load noticeably faster, the memory footprint is smaller even with 10-20 tabs open. I dig the new look too, at least the Mac look (not too keen on the XP theme). My far-too-huge bookmark collection actually shows up quickly now as well (it used to take a few seconds to display if I clicked the Bookmarks menu). The tagging feature is cool too.

FireFTP has released .991 version so it's now compatible with Firefox again.

Isn't this true of most everyone on the internet? The Digg/Twitter/RSS hype machine..

Upgrading your browser is "trendy" now? I should go against the grain and use Lynx, baby!
