Methinks you can access other PC's, and use other browsers using a single account, to vote multiple times. Not sure how that can be fixed, but thought I'd share that.

Ah - not sure but I believe Drupal's poll module has a means of preventing that kind of thing... I'm sure the contrib advanced poll module does - pretty sure the standard one as well.
