Design's beautiful. But I see three things that could make this site really pop.

1) Slogan or catch phrase. Light bulbs; how about something simple like "bright ideas"? Get clever and hook your visitors.

2) Our Clients, the concept of thumbnails and a brief project description is perfect, but it can be implemented better. Soemthing about popups bugs me.

Alright so I just spent a min in MSPaint drawing up what seems more logical in my head. Some JavaScript hackery could make this sucker work.

3) Spice up the copy some. The text is a little flat. Also, most of it is the same size. If you browse some popular web trends you'll notice a lot of designers use larger font sizes to greet or direct visitors. Make that welcome panel more eye-catching. Clip art, maybe?

Again, killer simple design. Keep running with it!
