How to use BATCH to save lower .jpg files in kbytes size ?
I´ve tried the following steps : Files > Automate > Batch , then on Source > Choose , I chose the folder on which the JPG files I want to save as smaller files are , then on "Destination" field I chose Save and Close .
As I run the batch , I can see pictures of the selected fold to be opened and closed sequentially , but the files size keep as they were.
How can I configure the BATCH so that pictures to be saved with more compression ?Thank you.

an easy workaround would be:
1.) file - automate - web gallery (select a template, doesn´t really matter in your case)
2.) use the lowermost drop down to select "large images" and pull the sliders as long as you
get the compression you like
3.) define the source and target folder (desktop would speed it all up)
4.) go.
5.) check the newly created folder "images" (delete the created .gif´s and all the other folders) and voilá.
u dont have to move the mouse twice.
cheers.
