I've designed my own site - mainly for distributing music examples of my work globally but also offering industry links, industry magazines and publications, etc to the public.
Some tweaks have been made here and there - any more suggestions?

the left nav links looks pretty nice. hmmm i think the FILM roll graphic thing in the right hand side is too strong. you may want to get rid of it -OR- make it less obvious.
other than that, it's pretty nice

The banner could use a redoing, since the edges aren't smooth on the letters. Other than that, everything looks good.
