Image at Bottom Right Hand Corner

I'm trying to make an example page, and all I want to do is set an image in the bottom right hand corner of the page, nothing less nothing more. The only way I'm able to do it thus far is by increasing the top margin until the image fits, but that will only work with one resolution.

Is it possible to set an image on the bottom right hand corner of a page?

I would greatly appreciate help on this, I've been at it for quite a while.

But depending on your application, you might give poorly-supported fixed positioning a peek.
