What are you guys doing these days?
A lot of people have moved on with their lives, whether you've got married, or are still living in your parents basement, just interested in what you guys are doing these days?
I was about 13 when I joined TF, I'm now 19, 20 in a couple of months, and am working as a web developer for a company in England. Mainly client side stuff, but with quite a lot of ASP stuff. I have moved out and am now living with a couple of my friends, and I do about 3 - 4 nights a week doing youth work with kids from my local town.
Over to you!

I joined when I was 15, I'm 20 now. I'm in uni, i'm studying what I enjoy, in science.
I've pretty much abandoned all the geek hobbies like programming and designing. It was fun to **** around with, sure. But I never expected to pursue it seriously. Fiddling around with web pages is what I'd do for fun in my free time. And even that lost its appeal after a while.
I've changed a lot, for sure. I guess that's what happens when you learn more about the world, and about yourself.

Harry, i remember you when you were in your early teens. My how you've grown up heh.
I was 18 or 19 when I signed up, and am now 23, 24 in a couple months. I recently quit my job as a Cisco engineer (Cisco *****, same thing) and am now a software implementation specialist for this company called Epicor. Pretty much, they write and sell the point of sale software for a bunch of big name vendors (Aeropostale, Coach, Barnes and Noble). So far, it's a great job. I also moved into a house with my boyfriend Brian, and we are renting a room to his bestfriend Brandon. I don't really have time for the web anymore, heh.
I also bake a lot. I like cupcakes <3. I've joined weightwatchers to lose the last 20 lbs of beer weight. I would recommend it to any of you, it's easy to follow and seems to be working.
I think that's all that has happened. Doesn't sound like a lot but its a lot to me. January was a crazy month.

I'm 21. Joined TF around 15. In May I'll be graduating from Auburn University in AL with a degree in Information Systems Management. I've held a slew of jobs doing design & programming work. Still not positive what I want to "when I grow up." Dying to do something productive with my web site; a portfolio of some sort.
Now, I play ultimate frisbee and squeeze all the life out of college while I still can. I job hunt. Monster.com's been nice to me. Going to Pamplona, Spain this summer to run with the bulls.
I'm on Facebook. Do we have a NS group on there? We should.

I friended you on facebook, Sparky (I'm Zach).
I joined TF exactly 5 years one day ago. I was on the GUIstuff forum before they consolidated with TF. I recently turned 21 (jeeze, bars are so expensive) and I'm a junior now at USF doing Computer Science. I'm a hard core web dev guy now, but I love the theoretical comp sci stuff too. I'm thinking about what field I want to pursue for my masters, possibly distributed computing or security. I do tech support for faculty and tech workshops around campus for students and staff. I also do some junior development for our course management software (blackboard). They recently had a full time position open up but I don't have my degree yet
. I'm also client side dev for a web startup. Oh, and I still live at home

I joined TF when I was 11 or 12 and now I'm 18. I still do web development and art stuff here and there when I get the motivation, but most of my time is spent elsewhere. I'm attending Purdue University majoring in Mechanical Engineering and I also work as a web developer for the College of Science. I joined a fraternity too: Phi Kappa Theta if you are wondering.
riah: blackboard is fucking gay
sparky: there is a facebook group. search it

I was about 15 when i joined TF, i'm now 19 turning 20 in march and am going to college for new media web design next year. Thanks to the inspiration of artists like Ryan Ford, and Archnemesis i've developed alot of talent in my eyes.

I was about 13 when I'm joined and I'm about to turn 18 in July. Im going to be going to college next year to major in Mechanical Engineering. Should be fun. I took 3+ years off any sort of webdesign and now am getting back into it with my friend . I joined a car community to help me restore my 71 z28. (nastyz28.com) and that is where I am mostly now. But every once in a while I pop back in here to check if anything has changed.
Does anyone know what Scott(BigToach) has been doing lately? havent heard from him, in like... 4 years?
