Content is king. If you continue to post good tutorials, tips and things, you'll see a real readership start to develop. Also good to post links in sigs on boards like these and other places. Get your links circulating in the web dev/design community.

Be sure you have a stats package installed so you know who all is coming! & maybe people would take you more seriously with your own design? (Like I'm one to talk :P)
