Your choice of font & color is very hard to read. Very spaced out light gray font on a white background has almost no contrast.

The top bar is incredibly distracting. I thought the name of your site was "sickproductionsnetwork", not "phpemu". I realize it's for a web ring, but either dial it down or put the navigation and logo up there instead. The phpemu logo should really go top left.

The navigation didn't pop out at all. It looks like one of your posts, which is confusing.

White space is used in excess and in inappropriate places. For example, the huge space above your logo.

The huge spaced out header means I have to scroll down to see more than ~200 pixels of content.
