PSP Problem

Hi.
I just tried to create a Transparency gif using the tutorial on Absolutecross.
Step 3 says----Now, press CRTL+A to select all and then choose Selections Â>Modify Â>Transparent Color and set it to Background color and Tolerance 0.

I am using PSP Pro X and there is NO Selections >> Modify Â>Transparent Color button.

Any ideas??
