Anyway to do Splatter Paint on PSP 7?

I am trying to figure out how to do a splatter paint type background like modern fashion designers are using quite a bit on t-shirts and that kind of thing. Here is an example of what I am talking about:

If someone can tell me if there are tubes or alternate brushes that I will need to use, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

hmm, thats done with a specific brush you have to get, you can find it off of any graphic site i usually use spoono.com look around in their brushes youll find one that will work
