What should I change for content that I have there now?

Should I go full flash or hybrid as I am currently?

The first thing i noticed, or didn't notice was structure. I think you should separate your sidebars from your main content page, so that they don't look like everything is scattered all over the page. Look at the sidebar here for an example. Even giving your content area a background color different from your page background would change things dramatically. Good luck with the redesign!
