Best CMS for SEO...

Hey Everyone, it's been a long time since I've posted here, but I've been in the middle of this dilemma lately and I figured this might be a good place to ask questions, since all the google results I search on it seem to sway both ways on opinions...

Anyways, I'm doing work on my brother's website, www.espressoonline.com, we use Joomla as our CMS (he needs to be able to update things on his own, so I picked joomla as a CMS since it has a wide source of extensions and ease of use for both the administrator and front-end user.

Now, i'm wondering (based on our google results) if this is the best CMS for getting high ranks in google/yahoo. I've set up SEF on most of the site (the ecommerce sections, however, aren't functioning with the SEF url's yet, so the urls are still something like php?indexblahblahblah...

Our Page rank from google toolbar is 4/10 , which is OKAY, but I'm wondering if there's anything else I can do to improve this, and if my CMS is even capable of higher rankings..

Now, I know backlinks, advertisement and consistent updates are a few of the obvious points when getting things SEF, but I'm just wondering if theres any joomla-heads out there that have any tips, or even a suggestion for a better CMS that's relatively easy to use and set up.

i'm no programmer, and I barely know how to work with php (enough to get by though), so I can't really get in-depth into the programming/coding aspect, as I'm paid hourly to do this work, so in other words I have to be able to do this efficiently.

Anyways, hope you get what I"m asking for, sorry for the long post lol
