Spidey 3: Where the bad guys aren't so bad and the good guys aren't so good.

The movie is exactly what's wrong with action/super hero movies. It's one thing for your heros/villians to be flawed, its another for them to be whiney emo bitches that cry too much.

That said Sam Raimi is still very very very good at high speed action sequences, the final fight scene is extremely well shot and coreographed considering how much is happening.
