Full Screen Preloader Animation

Hello, I was wondering if you guys know how to create a full screen preloader. I saw this o a website a long time back but I forgot where it was. What I mean by full screen is... Its a basic preloader animation but as the it loads the screen gets full. Explain. you have a all flash site and when yo first go to the site its all black. Then you see on the bottom of the screen black color moving up with 100% screen width. Once you loaded 50% the black is at 50% of the screen height. I Googled my heart out but can't see to get anywhere.

I'm not a programmer. I'm a graphic designer. I'm doing my portfolio site in flash for class. i included the fla file. I'm sure you flash guys will get this quick, I'm not really a math guy more of designer. thanks alot in advance.
