Bandwidth Monitor
I know this should be in the Tech Forum but no one will read it.
Anyways, I am looking for a good bandwidth monitor program. There are 2 computers on my network and I'd like to monitor them both and see where our bandwidth is going. It'd also be cool if this program could monitor the upload speed that various programs use.
The reason is that I've been playing WoW lately and if my brother's pc is on I end up with a low latency. Turn his pc off and its fine. I looked on his pc and couldn't see anything that would be maxing out the upload we're allowed.
Thanks.

Press ctrl + alt + delete and go to networking. What percentage is ur network utilization and is this constant if there is any. Before you do this turn off all apps that you think could use the internet. This is just to check if anything is using ur network that shouldnt be. Regular programs like msn, irc or anything like that wont eat up your connection enough to give you a bad latency unless your on a super slow connection. you dont really need to check upload bandwidth. If there is a contstant or more aless constant network utilisation on task manager, post back and tell me the percentages.
