Cannot open PS CS?

Hey folks.

Im having a problem with Photoshop CS, when I open it up, it fails to open. The error is:

"Could not initialise Photoshop failed to Initialise CoolType."

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I cant open ImageReady either, but dont really use that. I have tried uninstalling the Photoshop CS and reinstalling, but that hasnt helped.

CoolType? Some kinda plugin?

I hate to even ask... have you been able to run your legitimate copy of Photoshop previously?
