Smooth Text in CSS?

As you can see in the attached image, I am having some trouble smoothing my text out. It is very choppy right now! Is there anyway I can make my text look like the titles in shauninman.com for example, using CSS?

Inman uses (and developed, in part) a technique called sIFR (scalable Inman Flash Replacement, as luck would have it). It takes regglar old HTML tags and replaces them with small Flash movies that can contain. any slick anti-aliased font, really killing two birds with one stone: both anti-aliasing issues and using goofy fonts on the web.
