css help with frames
i use various sites to submit my tutorials too most of which display a frame at the top of the page like this

and causes my page to mess to up, is there anyway i can fix it so if displays proply??

Yikes. Never seen anything like that. Seems to be an IE only bug, though I don't have a clue where you'd even start to assess that.

background: url(header-repeat.gif) repeat-x 0 0;
margin-top: -1px;
into my styles.css, to repeat the background behind my header

Negative margins might be doing it.. or possibly break up your background declaration?
background-image: url(header-repeat.gif);
background-repeat: repeat-x;
background-position: top left;
:shrug: Worth a shot maybe, bugs always operate around stupid quirks like that.
