New Design

I hate it.

Most of the links don't work.

I like the design in that, I like where things are. I want my nav and sidebars and all of that to stay put, but it needs a facelift. Help a tired designer out. Be harsh, let the comments rip!

and make the background not make the page seem so...empty.

not terrible. I think the table can be aligned to the top of the page and be taller.
