I love sufjan stevens, I listen to that tallest man song every morning when I wake up. I have like 4 of his cds, I can't get enough

i'll give the guy props for playing all those different instruments but he sounds like hes about to start crying at any second and all of its lacking energy. i prefer music that makes you want to move.

I dig Sufjan. <3 for his music being in Little Miss Sunshine.

Never heard Patrick Wolf, though the music on his site seems promising. He looks (and kinda sounds ..) like a douche though. But at least the music is otherwise good.

He's actually pretty humble in all of the interviews I've seen and all of the live performances I've been to. He plays small shows of about 100 people max. most of the time and uses just a ukulele on a lot of the songs.

In Sufjan's defense, he's a folk artist -- there's not much wiggle room. Pop is very broad...

Yeah, he does seem really humble in interviews. I'm often annoyed by how jaded his lyrics are, though.

if you guys are into singer song writter that play all their own instruments you should check out keller williams. he's truly a one man band. the last time i saw him live he had 2 guitars and a bass suspended from the ceiling. then he runs around looping everything up to create a song.

hes also one of the best guitar players i've ever seen
