Icall > Skype?

Skype started charging for pc to land line calls so I started looking around for another company that offered a similar service, i found iCall, it seems to be even better than Skype.

Anyways just thought id let you guys in on it, it seems pretty nice.

I'ma check it out because I use skype all the time when playing with friends on wow. Any idea how this thing holds up when playing with about 5 people?

I would use something like ventrilo for what you do. This is a decent pc to phone software.

Having heard not so nice stories about Skype - I wouldn touch it with a ten-foot pole.

skype is pretty good, as i did so many prank calls with it when it was free. now i just use vent.

I would but we spend more time talking then actual game coordination, so vent really doesn't fit that need. I don't really like skype though, it's a real hog and their newest version is crap (so I went back to the old one). I might have to switch over to vent though, just because skype is having a hard time handling five people from all our loc's.

I used Skype when my girlfriend (at the time) moved to Germany. They have great international rates. I believe it was close to $0.02/minute.
