LCD with backlight

This is I would create my lcd.

fill the image with the colour I want
then use the foreground to transparent to create the shinny look
but how would I make the lcd look like it has a blue backlight.( entire lcd)

You have to load the image's selection, create a new layer, then use a bright blue with a large soft brush and just brush the bottom of the image. Make sure "Airbrushing" is on.
