best TV viewing application

What do u guys use? The app that came with my card produces fuzzy output everytime I stretch the screen. Is that because of the app or my cheapo bt878 based tuner? It seems fine when i keep it low res. I'm using the composite video input on my card.

You want DScaler!
I havent come across a better application for viewing yet.
