Personal Site / Portfolio
Well I just finished up my website and would like to see how it stacks up. The design itself is somewhat plain, but it serves its purpose. I really been paying more attention to the coding, making clean, organized, and yes to meet the standards but I don't care too much about them helps me keep the site clean and compatible I guess.
The banner has the snow on it since I have the idea of changing it for the different seasons or for holidays like Google.com
.
I've tested it in Firefox 2 (PC & Linux), Konqueror, and IE 6 and works perfect in all of them but would like to see if there are any problems in any other browsers so if you happen to view it one other than the ones listed above, please post if it works in it or not. Also if you have a LCD tell me if you can see the colors fine, since I know sometimes LCD display a bit brighter.
Anyway thanks for any reviews in adavance
Oh yeah here's the link.

My only irk is when you highlight a link such as portfolio, it stays as the text arrow instead of a link arrow causing a bit of confusion thinking it may or may not have been an actual link, something regular users might not be able to pick up on.

Yeah, boo to gratuitous moo.fx sliders & what HelloMoto said about the links. Semantically it's not :technically: a link but rather a header, but atleast give it a hand cursor and some more hover action to clue in the people who see the sliders. Don't make people think. All in all tho, it looks nice.
Edit: I'm sure you've already discovered 5-7-9 is also a women's clothing store.

Alright thanks for the feedback I'll work on.
Ands yes I know 5-7-9 is a womens clothing store, I found out during the summer when I went to a mall in Arizona
. Had no idea about it, so I changed from using the numbers to just text.
