Deleting your account

Hey, is it at all possible for me to delete my account? I haven't used this in four years, and the fact that is shows up when someone googles my name is somewhat frightening to me. In the last is it possible to hide my name? Seasons greetings!

It isn't possible in the current system to delete accounts. However you can edit your name and email to fake ones in your My Account area, and since you only have a few, if you'd like, your posts can be moved to the trash. Let me know if this is what you'd like to have done.

By the way - what exactly did you search for on Google to find your pages on Neverside? I tried but could not locate anything myself.

It's not possible to delete entries with the current system? Are you using Oracle for your database or something?

It is MySQL. Yes, we could go in and delete the data directly from the database itself... though as I don't personally know how the guts of the system works, I would rather not mess with it and risk breaking things.

Either I am retarded, or there is no option to change your real name in the "my account" area. Nevertheless, if you would be so kind to remove the links from my profile to my posts (in other words delete hem), that would be enough. Thanks for the support!
