Problems with alignment in ie7
So i have been having some problems with IE7, my layout looks just fine in firefox of course, but in ie7 the content is too far to the right. i would assume its because of the left:xxx; tag. however the hack for ie doesn't seem to work in this latest version. So does anyone know what i am doing wrong in my coding??
Because of the upgrade i am also unable to see what it looks like in Ie6, so if someone could post a screenshot that would be lovely.

Contrare, Pierre. There are many hacks circulating to run IE6 and IE7 simultaneously.
I'm on IE6 so I can't really help you out, but I did notice that your background image repeats when the content stretches. Check your Portfolio page.

hey,
I looked at your css and your best option would be to start fresh. Fixing it would lead you down the omgwtf road.
here is a helpful tip
(99% of the time) position:absolute is a sign that there is a flaw in the logic being used to put together a site
btw: nice port!

Here is a quick example of how it could be done.
Tested in IE6/7, FF, netscape and opera.
