Call Managment System

Im looking for a call managment system for a small call center thats running on Network Alchemy.

I have tryed Oak aiOffice & Proteus CallManager are there any othere that people recomend.

A web connection would be nice also?

dont look like any one dose these days :S is there any one from India that works on a call center as thats where most of the call centers are these days even though I find it almost imposible to understand them
