The company Im working for is look for a call managment system that allows Department login such as: -

Missed Calls
Waiting Time
Number of Calls
ect.

We have Tryed AIOffice, Proteus, TIM Professional, Telcost.
but none of these seam to work on our Network Alchemy Phone System can any one recomend a system please?
