Hey folks.

Just saying Hi, as im a new member. I just recently started to learn how to use Adobe Photoshop (currently using CS1), its looking good so far.

I could do with a small tip tho, Ive been working through a project, where I am basically creating a fiery text effect. One of the steps involves altering the colour of text via the character pallet, which I cannot find anywhere, how do I access a list of the different pallets?

Thanks in advance.

Yours,
Beev

Welcome to the forum! -- Glad to have you here.

Send me a link to the tutorial, I'll be more than happy to help you out. Could you be possibly talking about the Blending Options? Found by right clicking the layer you would like to edit, and selecting "Blending Options" (I believe that's what it's called) from the menu.

Welcome aboard, Beev.

You can access the Character pallette and any of the pallettes through the Window menu. Just click "Character."
