Me? Stop eating? Paleeze I've just DRAMATICALLY reduced my portion sizes (at thanksgiving, eating half a cup each of mashed potatoes and stuffing along with one dollop of cranberry sauce and as much turkey and veggies as I want instead of ODing on everything plus having two or three slices of pie) and I'm eating healthier. I dropped my calorie intake from about 3500/day to 1400/day. It works. And thanks for the compliment
