Needs more graphics in my opinion, the navigation is too simple, and it doesn't look put together enough to be worth trusting my money at. Not necessarily a fan of the fading bottom either.

I like everything about the logo except for the 'lot' everything else is nice in that though.

Maybe its lack of content that's giving that vibe. I looked around the other lotto sites and design wise they aren't much, but I think its the amount of stuff there that makes it convincing that it's legit and established, like this:

Might be just me but the whole banner no aligning with the actual body of the page might be something you want to change. If you're going to have a footer, give it content, not just a copyright. One more thing, in the banner, ".org" should come out a little more. Little too light to be noticed.

It needs a prettier menu.
