Since Rider obviously wants to see a bit more of my sweet new bod , I've posted a picture I took of me in the same outfit today. Please note: in May, I could barely button the jeans. Today, I can pull them out a couple inches at my waist. Love you, Rider!

As for my secret? Eat less, move more. Not a secret. Everyone knows that. Using that PROVEN method, I've lost 40 pounds. Keep on a-truckin', folks.
