Upgrade and tears

Hi

I've just got my upgrade to CS and I'm heartbroken, I don't know how many times a day I ctrl-click a layer to select the contents of the layer into a marquee.. but it appears to have been replaced by their new linking method.

Is there an alternative? Magic Wand does NOT do the same thing.

You have to ctrl-click the name, not the thumbnail.

I have yet to invest in CS, what is your take so far?

my take on CS2 is that its same old PS with a whole bunch of new features. it takes time to get to know all their uses but ill get there, it certainly cqan help making things easier compared to doing it in PS 7
