Help with adding a part of an image to another

Hi everyone,

This may seem a very easy thing to do but I'm stumped. I have an image of some supplies...and I have another image of a canvas I want to add to the supplies...how do i do it??? They're not my pics so I cant just take another pic of it all together which obviously would save alot of work!! lol
I only know the real basics of PS so I'm not sure if this is a simple task or not?

I have added a pic of the group supplies...and I have also added 2 pics of the item that needs to be added...im not sure which one would be the best to add?

OK i feel like the biggest idiot!!....Thankyou for whoever has read this but I think I have it...sorry for wasting everyones time.
