Help for a beginner

Dear frineds,
I want to paste two photos in Photoshop, one near the other and to make one photo. Can I do this and how?
Thanks a lot,
Cipri

First you'll want to make a new document (image) large enough to house both images (do some math, but you can fix it later with Image -> Canvas Size)

After that, open your first image up. Select -> All (or Control + A) then Edit -> Copy (or Control + C) to save it to the clipboard. Then go back to your new blank image and paste it, Edit -> Paste (or Control + V).

Repeat this for your second image. Open it up, Select -> All, Edit -> Copy, then head back to your new image and Edit -> Paste.

Viola Grin Welcome to Neverside and Photoshop, sir.
