Looking for a guru to take me under there wing

Hi, I am a 26 yo third year graphic design at the university of Canberra, in Australia. I have been designing since 1999 and have a solid understanding of design theory. I run events, so I have a alot of real world experince. I am looking for some nice person to "take me under there wing" with flash, set me some tasks, and push me to learn. I would not need you to spend much time to do so, just a gentle push, or a quick overview of where I go wrong. you will be rewarded with my thanks, and a job when if start my own design business. I am great at PR.

As far as learning - the best way in my past experiance would be to buy a book. I know it sounds lame and the easy way out - but there are some great books out there!

Anyways if you still are seeking help let me know or post all the questions on the forums until you cant type anymore!
