Gatorade bomb plot foiled
http://www.cnn.com/2006/US/08/10/us.security/index.html
Now, I'm not sure if that is possible,but I laughed when I heard you could detonate with an iPod. Apple has finally succeeded and planting its war machine in the hands of every man and woman in the US. With one press of a button, all the Gatorade goes 'BOOM' and so do the people.
Damn shame

* Detonate with a modified iPod, its not exactly hard to make something like that. After all these people are dumb fucks anyway.
* "British version of Gatorade": Powerade or Lucozade (one of the two).

I'm going to Heathrow tomorrow, I'll let you know what it's like if there's free net access in the lounge.

Seatac here in Washington is totally fucked up, no carry ons, no liquid of any type, score 1 for homeland security. Normally they can move a good 60k passengers, today it was more like 16k.

Hmm, interesting. That would be so scary to fall in the middle of the ocean.

Right, I am here in terminal 3 of the worlds busiest international airport!
The drive in was quite quick (ever since the widening of the M25 around the Heathrow area it's been generally better). There are huge queues all throughout the terminal for most of the checkins (thankfully first class only had a small wait). Likewise for security control (everyone had to be hand searched (patted down) and you are hardly allowed to take anything through to the duty free area). Everyone also had to take off their shoes and put them through the x-ray machines. It's all fun fun fun!
There's a huge police presence too, I'd hate to have known what it was like yesterday.
Anyway, I can't really think of much else to say but I'm ready for a long wait until my flight begins to board..

That sounds like so much fun ringpull :P I'd hate to go anywhere near a UK airport at the moment, especially any of the london ones..
If you're still there, (Which I'm not sure if you would be) have a good flight
(Where ever you may be going...
)
