I can see the need for outside advice, sometimes friends can know you too well to really help..

In my experience.. if you're a good friend to a girl and you're always there for her, she'll eventually like you, relentless of your looks. Unless of course she's really shallow, in which case I wouldn't really want to date her in the first place.

Come on people, its easy to be a jerk in situations like these but use a bit of self restraint and keep it to yourself.

Anyhow, back on topic.

I think that what others have said is true, we all have our ups and our downs. Right now you've just gotten out of a breakup, so your confidence is a bit shaken and you're in a slump. Don't worry about, give yourself some time and you'll make a recovery. Perhaps now would be a good time to try out the "lets be friends first" approach as it can be a lot more laid back, and you don't have to put yourself out there as much. Which means less chance of being rejected, which would be a bad thing while you're in a down state of mind.

But uhm... I'm starting to ramble. So just hang in there, and have confidence that sooner or later things will start to look up. Just give it time.

There's NOTHING wrong with you. What you need is a new set of skills. There is an entire world of resources on picking up women out there, and it's something I've been exploring a lot lately. Please do yourself a favor and look into this stuff your yourself:

http://www.fastseduction.com/guide/ - Read these articles. They've been extremely helpful to me. They come from master pickup artists. There's an entire community of experts/amatuers out there with plenty of online material available.

Erik Von Markovik, AKA Mystery, is widely regarded as the world's greatest pickup artist. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Erik_Von_Markovik - I recommend you read "The Game" by Neil Strauss, a bestselling book on the seduction community. I actually have the ebook along with lots of other useful material if you want me to send it to you. Just PM me.

http://www.mysterymethod.com is Mystery's site. This guy charges like $300 for his video courses, $70 for his book, and upwards of $2,500 per person for a 3-day training course. I have most of the videos and his book, the Venusian Arts Handbook if you want it. Again, just PM me and I'll see about hooking you up.

David DeAngelo http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_deangelo is another expert, and his e-book Double Your Dating I found very useful. I also have it available if you want it free.

Ross Jeffries is another famous pickup artist who uses neuro-linguistic programming, but I'm not so familiar with his techniques. I do have an AWESOME audio course by him that would be just the ticket for you. It has helped IMMENSELY with my self-confidence, and it was all through FUN excercises. PM me and I can hook you up.

Anyway, a lot of what these guys (who get MAD PUSSY, and so do their students) teach is completely counterintuitive, but it works. I have enjoyed relative success with these techniques almost every time I've used them.

If you want to learn more, start at fastseduction.com - it's really the nexis of this huge, international, underground seduction community. These guys are computer nerds who became lotharios through experimentation, and the pros have basically found linear paths to follow to seduce the most beautiful women. Seriously, look into this stuff. You'll be blown away by what's possible.

In "The Game," the main characters seduce celebrities like the Playmate of the year, Courtney Love, Britney Spears, and Paris Hilton. Really great book. Not just informational, but also exciting. Be sure to read this if nothing else! Reviews of it on Amazon if you're skeptical.

But then again, I'm not a fan of guys whose sole purpose is, and I'm quoting you," ..get MAD PUSSY." I don't do this stuff myself, it falls in my lap. Literally. And here's an example: I was out at a party with some friends in uni and all I did was walk through the room to go outside on the balcony. Some chick followed me outside and...use your imagination as to the rest of the night.

Right, but not EVERYONE is good-looking or a natural at picking up women. Most of these experts out there were once complete losers, but they were smart enough to systematically discover how to attract beautiful women.

I haven't spent a dime on any of these materials, by the way. And these video courses I have are easily worth $300. Can you spend 6 hours teaching me for $25? Also, can I see some credentials like starring in a bestselling book, having been with a Penthouse Pet of the Year, lots of Playmates, and 17 exotic dancers, as well as having been featured in stories in national magazines (Elle Magazine, Saturday Night Magazine, etc.), newspapers, and news channels? Have you been raking in over $2,500 per person for 3-day seminars, for years now? These guys are the real deal, offering quality advice.

Of course, I'm not asking anyone to take my word for it. Anyone who wants these materials can just PM me and I'll hook you up, so you can check it out for yoursellf.

The question is not can I, but would I care enough to? Probably not. And if you must resort to things like this to just have shallow, anorexic/bulemic, self-centered, obnoxious, money hungry, women, then you can have them. Maybe if people lowered their standards, we wouldn't have this problem of men having to "systematically" attract women. It's a natural ability for women to be attracted to men. Maybe these guys were losers in the eyes of a hypocritical society, but I know for a fact that there is a woman walking around out there that would have talked to these guys. There's someone for everyone.

And as for the playmate thing...overrated.

You both sound pretty shallow. It saddens me to see humanity stoop down so low. We have the ability to harvest such feelings as love, and yet we throw away all of what we've evolved to be by making our only goal to get 'MAD PUSSY'.. Plus I doubt any of the girls they seduced even have a highschool education.

first of all i just want to thank everyone for their help. second I want to thank pogo because I think he really saw that this was a confidence issue with me and provided sources to help me. I'm not unnatractive but I used to be 220 and now i'm 170 so even though I look good now I never had an opprotunity to build up that confidence. I'm not trying to get mad pussy just trying to approach the girls I think are beautiful and not think that I can't do it. there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with that. people who think that is shallow probably have the same issue and can't get those girls either.
