What do I miss?

I have a problem to browse some flash site. WHen I browse some flash site, there is alwasy some saying "Apparently, your computer does not carry the
updated flash plug-in, you'll need to view this website.

In order to download the current flash plug-in free of charge,
please press the button below and follow the installation routine."

But I have been there before and got Flash player. But the problem still the same

DO anyone know what wrong?

The sites are nto a problems as every sites need those kinds of flash player
