TUrn off the fan

Do anyone know where can I turn off the fan for my comp in window or Bios? My computer always stuck before going to the window for that error. Anyone know about it? Please help. That is the only time I can do now as my comp may not get to the window next time again.

its seriously not a good idea to turn off your fan.... your computer will overheat, catch on fire, blow up, and then set your house alight...
