Looking for someone to create a php script for me
I am currently employed by a company as a sales manager. I dont have the time to complete a project i need to to make my life easier. This is what I need done and I am sure it wont take much to complete. So I am willing to pay up to $50.
I need to put my buyers in a database. THese are currently the fields I have in the excel spreadsheet.

Items Purchased (this is many items)
Curently we sell items like computers, hard drives, ram, processors, etc. So what I need to do is get these people in a database and make a one field form where I can type in what I have to sell (ie Processors) when i click submit it will display a list of all people who have processors in the items purchased table. each name will have a check box next to it so i can select differnt buyers even multiple buyers. At this point i will click submit and be taken to a form where i can type in a subject and an email message with what i have to sell. Once I click send it will send emails to everyone whose check box was select prior to that point. I would also like to have a history page where I can view an archive of all the emails I have sent in the past and who email message went to.
I might also try to make a purchase database at a later time where I can track who bought what and when easily. I dont have a need to go out and spend $300-500+ for software since our secretary does the invoices I would just like an easy way for self reference and quick reports to see who has spent the most and things.
