hey, i was wondering who made this complete tutorialforums.com system? the whole forum etc, i'm really interested in perhaps buying the system, not for a stupid $50 liscense either, pm me please

As said on the bottom, in the footer - that the NeverAPI was Developed by Jeremie Pelletier (I dont think he is an active member anymore). So, that is who created the base system for Neverside

A few members of the community (One I can think of is BigToach - who has made the PM system) have support the development of the community be contributing to the development and the design (Down has been creating a new design for NS) of the NeverAPI. So it is a very community tight project.

I don't think that you will find that this system is up for 'sale' its still very eary in the development stages (Not all of the features have been released as such).

If you are looking for a CMS, you might want to try OpenSpurceCMS.com. Where they have a list of CMS's that you are able to download and use.

well to be honest i liked the way it was now, only needed it for a music website. I spoken with that guy and he said he has no right to sell the code since he isn't apart of this no more.

Well, if you are looking for a music system (Again, it would require someone to mod the current NS system). I would suggest using something like drupal, where the site http://www.projectopus.com/ was made using the drupal core (Its nifty what a good google search and with a little help from friends can bring up)

They are slowlying releaseing some of their code to the public.
