Name that PHP Software

I know very little about PHP and started to teach myself last year and would like to pick it up again. I found a great piece of software which I installed and it allowed me to view php files locally by typing "//local/websitefolder/index.php" or something similar in my browser. It required nothing to be setup just a simple install file and all I had to do was make sure my website was in a certain folder on my C:/

Anyone know what is it is called or know something similar?

A file manager script? I made one, you can get the source and test it and everything here: http://www.uranther.com/funnypics I commented out the extra functions (like chmod, move, delete, etc.) because dreamhost's servers suck and allows httpd to have write access to directories which it shouldn't.
